Company Formation Checklist

In order to process your license, we need the following documents:-

1.  Application Form

2.   Brief description of requested project.

3.   Copy of passport.

4.   Bank Statement - Minimum capital AED 100000(Commercial and Consultancy) /200000(General Trading License) / 500000(Industrial License)
(For New Establishment, Personal Bank Statement is required and for Branch, the Company Bank Statement of the last 3 months is required).

5.   List of trade names.

6.   Declaration.

Note for registration of FLBR-2 License (Beer Shoppe License)

As discussed we are clarifying you detail note on Beer Shopee Business. As per Indian Law and Municipal Laws under jurisdiction of Pune.

A) Services to be rendered:

1.      Apply for FLBR-2 License
2.      Preparation of documents, Agreement of proposed FLBR-2 license
3.      Filing of Forms with concern departments
4.      Liasioning with various departments.
5.      To do all related activities till obtaining Certificate of FLBR-2 License.

Documents Required for FLBR-2 License:

1.       Application in the prescribed proforma affixed by specified Court fee stamp accompanied by a Challan of application fee
2.      Shops and establishment licence
3.      Solvency Certificate (Bank Guarantee of 50% amount of the licence fee in the name of superintendent of state excise)
4.      No Dues Certificate of Income Tax Department
5.      No Dues Certificate of Sales Tax Department
6.      If Hotel is in partnership firm, copy of partnership deed. And if company, copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
7.      Licence under Bombay Shops & Establishment Act if applicable.
8.       Proof of land ownership (7/12, property card, property tax receipt etc.
9.       Plan Sanction Letter & Blue print of the proposed premises.
10.   Constriction Completion Certificate.
11.   If the land / premises is rented , rent receipt and tenancy agreement and N.O.C. for permit room from land owner / secretary of society
12.   The proposed premises not come under 100 /50 meter from Schools, colleges, religious place, S.T. Stand, Railway Station, National and State Highway.  
13.    Law and order report of the premises from police Department should be positive.
14.    NOC from Chief Executive Officer of  Municipal Corporation /Gram Panchayat,

15.   Additional:

a) Licence or certificate from Health Department, if applicable.
b)     License from Food & Drug Dept. of the municipal corporation (Form-B licence) if applicable
c)       Menu Card

B) Registration with Government authority:

As per rules and regulations applicable to FLBR-2 applicants.

 

C) Place of rendering Services:

The place of rendering services generally shall be our office situated at 2 nd Floor, 496B, Om  Apartment, Near KCC Classes, Kasba Peth, Pune – 411 011.

 

 D) Professional Fees:
